How will I be charged for this box?


By purchasing a subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring quarterly subscription fee at the then-current rate on the card you use at check out. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.




When will the waitlist open?


Our Boss Babe Delivery boxes are in high demand, so you may be placed on a waitlist when you first subscribe to the service. We try to convert members from the waitlist into active members as quickly as possible, but the timing depends on a number of important factors, including our ability to find and source the best and highest-quality brands and products. We never want to compromise the caliber or experience of the Boss Babe Delivery service. You will receive an email whenever the waitlist opens.




Will I be notified when the waitlist is open?


Yes! All waitlisters will receive an email on the 5th of the shipping month (or sooner if we are able), indicating how many waitlist spots are opened. It is first come first served! Be sure to watch your email and secure a membership spot before they fill up.




How do I cancel my subscription?


While we would hate to see you go, you may cancel your subscription renewal at any time after you are billed for the then-current quarter and before you are billed for the next quarter, by clicking here or emailing us at info@bossbabedelivery.com with your membership email address on file. If you cancel your membership, you can re-subscribe any time, subject to the waitlist.




Can I return or get a refund for my subscription box, or the items in it?


There are no refunds or returns of any Boss Babe Delivery box or item in the box that you receive. If you have concerns about the Boss Babe Delivery you have received or any of the products in it, please contact us at info@bossbabedelivery.com. We will work with you to address your concerns.




When will I be charged for my Boss Babe Delivery?


Your charged will be charged upon check out for your first Boss Babe Delivery box. After the initial purchase, your reoccuring renewal payment will be billed on the first day of each shipping month (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1). In the event that your payment does not process for renewal payments, you will be notified and we will retry the payment method. If the payment is not processed after a few attempts, your membership will be revoked and your membership spot will be offered to those on our waitlist.




What is Boss Babe Delivery?


Boss Babe Delivery is a quarterly subscription box curated for women entrepreneurs and small business owners.




What if my T-shirt size changes?


Simply email us at info@bossbabedelivery.com with your name, email address on file and your new T-shirt size before the 4th day of the shipment month, so that we can change it before your box is put together.




How can I have my product included in the Boss Babe Delivery boxes?


We are always looking for new brand partners. Please email us at info@bossbabedelivery.com with your interest and a thorough description of your product. We will get back to you in a timely manner.
